I actually left feeling pretty disappointed. My hair turned out darker than I wanted and you can tell how poorly my bangs were done because of the color blocking. It looks like there is a chunk missing from the top layer of my bangs and they are way too short. Unfortunately this is my second time I left this salon feeling disappointed. I cannot come back.

Great experience with Fel. I have noticed that some product being used is making my face red. It happened when I saw Tavyn, too. Not sure what it is. I will try to cover my face when product is applied next time. No lasting effects, just redness for an hour or two.

I originally had a different stylist scheduled, but because he was running behind, I was switched to another stylist. She was very sweet and professional, but I did ask for long layers with the shortest face framing pieces to fall around chin length. After getting home and once the styling settled, I noticed the cut looks very similar to how it did before. The front pieces are still much longer than my chin. I am disappointed that the haircut did not turn out as requested.

It has bee over 2 years since I found Matt at Lavish and I am thrilled. I was driving all the way from Kemah into Houston for years to go to a top rated hairdresser thinking we did not have any down here. Very disappointing. Jamie cut my hair perfectly the first two times she cut it. Jamie does amazing color/highlights but the haircuts have gotten progessively uneven. My hair is challenging because of the waves but this last cut is gashed in a couple of places and will take months to grow out and be corrected.
