My haircut was fine but the professionalism from the salonist was absolutely poor behavior. As soon as I sat down in the chair, she is judging my hair and looking at it in disgust and picks up a strand with two fingers to just drop it in disgust. When she handed me a glass of water it was like she didn even want to look at me why did this happen to me!?!? I am never coming here again and will be calling a manager.

This entire consultation was a disappointment. I was told a different price on the phone when booking. Then told I didn’t need a consult, then told I had to have one. Then the man I met who was supposed to be my stylist was very dismissive. I cried when I left after him telling me he wasn’t the stylist for me. Instead of sending me to a different hairstylist at your salon or recommending someone else he basically implied with his tone and expression that I was a nuisance and to go to another salon not to bother his partners.

Fel did an absolutely fantastic job! The color and style I got was better than I could have imagined. I 100% intend to be back :)

Marissa has been my stylist for about a year and everytime I leave the salon i am very happy. She listens to what I want, takes the time to learn my hair and what makes it unique. And she helps me to find at home treatments for any issues that may pop up. I also feel that the salon as a whole has great atmosphere and from what I can see, all the stylists are just as attentive as Marissa.

Joel, Mimi, and the support staff are A+! Always coming up with new ideas and new ways to help improve the experience.

Rachel is an AMAZING artist! She did Balyage on my hair and paid special attention to my requests about the color. I was nervous about it being too blonde but I just trusted her and she over-delivered! 10/10 stars. On top of that, she is kind and just a good human!

I actually left feeling pretty disappointed. My hair turned out darker than I wanted and you can tell how poorly my bangs were done because of the color blocking. It looks like there is a chunk missing from the top layer of my bangs and they are way too short. Unfortunately this is my second time I left this salon feeling disappointed. I cannot come back.

Great experience with Fel. I have noticed that some product being used is making my face red. It happened when I saw Tavyn, too. Not sure what it is. I will try to cover my face when product is applied next time. No lasting effects, just redness for an hour or two.

I originally had a different stylist scheduled, but because he was running behind, I was switched to another stylist. She was very sweet and professional, but I did ask for long layers with the shortest face framing pieces to fall around chin length. After getting home and once the styling settled, I noticed the cut looks very similar to how it did before. The front pieces are still much longer than my chin. I am disappointed that the haircut did not turn out as requested.

Very disappointing. Jamie cut my hair perfectly the first two times she cut it. Jamie does amazing color/highlights but the haircuts have gotten progessively uneven. My hair is challenging because of the waves but this last cut is gashed in a couple of places and will take months to grow out and be corrected.
